Would you do anything at all if there is no outcome? Would you? It is the outcome that propels you to get into action. It is the outcome that you want to create— that is what pushes you to work hard and this would not happen without the sense of doership.

So that doership is actually the fuel of the vision of your life. Because that vision that you want to embody or that you want to translate into a ground reality is what is pushing you forward towards it— nothing else. But, my dear friends, the only thing here is, it is all okay to have this doership with you. But, there are many people in the world today, whatever you could brag about having achieved is nothing— nothing for them— just zilch for them. You having prided yourself having achieved what you have is a matter of inconsequential things for them. Once they got it, they are not swayed away and going to paint the whole world red by their achievement. They are not going to do so. But at the same time, they are not going to be depressed and miserable if they lose something.
